Coronavirus: How to Help Children with Life without School

This is a very challenging time for all and we need to help children manage without their daily life without school as best as possible. There are some really useful resources available such as Kids Activities this BBC article also explains more about the need for routine, exercise, fresh air and how to manage exam fears.
Please note that during this time I will be operating a remote therapy service in addition to the usual service I offer, so that children and young people can still have access to therapy during this difficult time. This is particularly important due to raised levels of anxiety and uncertainty.
