A mindful start to 2020

I am interested in mindfulness and how this approach has shown to improve common conditions such as anxiety and depression. I recently went on an excellent training course run by Ed Halliwell, through Mindfulness Sussex. Adopting a mindful approach can help improve management of thoughts, feelings and behaviours, leading to increased wellbeing. Anyone can practice mindfulness, including children.
