Offering online therapy during these challenging times

Updated: Dec 15, 2021

In these unprecedented times I am offering an online, remote psychotherapy service for children, adolescents and support for parents and professionals. Through video calling or the telephone I am here to provide support through the anxiety and uncertainty. It can be helpful for young people to talk through their worries and find solutions to help them manage, particularly whilst their routine has significantly changed and they are no longer having the same regular contact with their friends and peers, sport and leisure time has been reduced and the return to school remains undecided.

Young people are experiencing high levels of concern for their loved ones, school work and future, remote therapy (telephone, Zoom, Skype, FaceTime, WhatsApp) can be a helpful way for them to work through these issues, this may then lead to the option of face-to-face sessions in the future. I specialise in working with young people who are suffering from trauma, anxiety, depressive symptoms and behavioural difficulties.

To discuss this further, please get in touch either by email: victoria@victoriaclancy.co.uk or by telephone: 07867 433 558. I am a child psychotherapist (UKCP Registered); a counsellor; arts and play therapist, covering Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire. You can contact me here.
