If you find yourself in need of support over the Christmas period it may be helpful to try one of the following:-

If you are in immediate danger to yourself please go to your nearest Accident and Emergency Department at Hospital; call the Police 999 or Samaritans 116 123. The Samaritans are there to help, even if you are not at crisis point, you can call 116 123 anytime of day or night. You can also email:- jo@samaritans.org, there is a self-help app on the website that might be useful.

If you are a child, you can call childline for free, the number is 0800 1111, there is a really helpful website too - https://www.childline.org.uk you are scared or in danger call the Police - 999. You will not get into trouble from the Police for doing this.

If you are in an abusive situation and need to alert the Police without anyone knowing, you can do so discreetly by following the steps outlined here involving 55: Silent Solution
